The Académie de l’Art Photographique de Monte-Carlo is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of its visitors.
Your personal data will be used by the Académie de l’Art Photographique de Monte-Carlo for the management and execution of the services offered to you, without which the Académie de l’Art Photographique de Monte-Carlo would not be able to provide you with the services you have subscribed to.

Your personal data will be stored in our databases located in Monaco or in those of our partners for a period that is in compliance with the legal provisions or proportional to the purpose for which they were collected. In certain cases, mainly for technical reasons, they may be recorded on servers located outside Monaco or the European Union.
Whether we have an ongoing contractual relationship (active member), a recent relationship (inactive member) or have never had such a relationship (potential member or prospective partner), the data retention period may vary.
